The Cambridge Schools curriculum builds upon the natural ways in which children learn. Daily activities convey a feeling of celebration as Cambridge teachers encourage each child to make new connections, achieve the highest level of social emotional learning and new skills and comprehension of the world around them.

Cambridge Schools view learning as a developmental process that begins in the Cambridge Toddler Program and continues throughout the Pre-Kindergarten Program. The Cambridge students participate in a curriculum that is both challenging and pedagogically appropriate while fostering discovery, curiosity, social emotional growth, independence and the love of learning.

Heron Heights Elementary School is a pre-K to 5th grade public elementary school. The theme, “One Team, One Goal” is the motto of this exceptional school. Heron Heights offers an after school program in addition to a variety of enrichment activities.

Mary Help of Christians Catholic School (MHOC) is a religious school fully accredited by the Florida Catholic Conference. Small class sizes and a rigorous academic program provide tailored educational opportunities for students in preschool through Grade 8. Additionally, students are encouraged to partake in the arts, music, sports and community service.

Park Trails Elementary just celebrated its 20th year anniversary. New to the school is a STEAM program, focusing on Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math. These aspects are incorporated in everyday learning as well as special activities. Park Trails is a pre-K to 5th grade public elementary school. After school programs are also available.

Parkland’s Children Academy is a highly reviewed and recommended preschool in Parkland. Our daycare program offers the fundamentals to enhance children’s learning, safety, health and development, while also allowing them to have fun.

Conveniently located in Parkland, Broward County, Parkland Children’s Academy is one of the best preschool and day care facilities for your child.

The Phylis J. Green ECC offers classes for ages 12 months through five years. Three and five day programs are available as well as full or half-day options. The school’s operating hours are from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday and until 5 p.m. on Fridays. Before and after care is also available as well as a VPK program option. Most of the staff has been with the school for 12 or more years.

Riverglades Elementary, an A-Rated school, opened 25 years ago as the first permanent elementary school in Parkland. Riverglades offers dual-language, ESE, STEM and other programs. After school programs and enrichments are also available.

Somerset Parkland Academy A high performing charter school located in Parkland. Somerset Parkland Academy will be a STEAM focused, college preparatory school. It will provide all students with a core curriculum of English/Language Arts (ELA), Mathematics, Social Studies, and Science. The program will provide a rich array of specials/electives in fine arts; health; physical education; word languages; and technical curricula, including Project Lead the Way. Project Lead the Way (PLTW) is the nation’s leading K-12 provider of STEM programs.

Somerset Parkland Academy is a public charter school serving grades kindergarten through 8.

At The Goddard School of Parkland, caring and attentive teachers provide children with opportunities to learn
and grow academically, socially, emotionally and physically in a safe and loving environment.

Westglades Middle School is the only public middle school currently serving students in grades 6 through 8. In 2019 it was the highest-rated middle school in Broward County. Westglades offers a variety of clubs, sports and community service organizations to prepare students for high school and beyond.
